| Penerangan CU | Biomass Energy Generation Plant (BEGP) Parameter and Procedures Compliance describes the competencies required to assess parameters set, perform the approved procedures and optimize designated procedures as a guideline for the plant activities. The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to review Technology Provider (TP) operation and maintenance manual, update Biomass Energy Generation Plant (BEGP) Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), implement Biomass Energy Generation Plant (BEGP) approved Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) and prepare Biomass Energy Generation Plant (BEGP) parameters and procedures development report. The outcome of this competency is to ensure the BEGP is continuously operated in optimum performance under safe condition according to plant SOP, technology provider recommendations and in compliance with the Authority regulation. |
