| Penerangan CU | Community Based Rehabilitation Operational Management competency unit is to manage community rehabilitation centre strategically with the optimization of available resources based on organizational goals and objectives. The person who is competent in community based rehabilitation operational management shall be able to prepare CBR centre plan of action (POA), manage CBR centre strategies implementation and evaluate CBR centre strategies implementation. The outcome of this competency unit is to establish a well-managed CBR centre in line with its goals and objectives. |
