The person who is competent in marine electrical upgrading management shall be able to analyse electrical system & equipment requirement, manage electrical system & equipment upgrading, verify upgrade electrical system & equipment functionality and prepare upgrading activities report The outcome of this competency is to enhance the performance of electrical systems, which include the efficiency, reliability and maintaining an optimal operational level. |
