| Penerangan CU | Biomass Energy Generation Plant (BEGP) Planning and Analysis describes the competencies required to oversee and execute the proposed plan to improve performance based on current plant condition and provide expert solutions for BEGP technical problems or optimisation of BEGP operation. The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to gather information on existing BEGP condition, performance and specification data, manage plant improvement analysis, review new improvement options, determine company and regulatory bodies’ requirements on BEGP improvement works, review Biomass Energy Generation Plant (BEGP) operation performance, propose Biomass Energy Generation Plant (BEGP) operation optimization options and develop Biomass Energy Generation Plant (BEGP) operation optimization plan. The outcome of this competency is to ensure a comprehensive solution to improve the plant system and also operations comply with best management practices and that these operations are efficient and effective taking into account best available technology in each of the solutions proposed for any problems that arise, so that BEGP can be more effective in compliance with relevant legislation, standard and guideline. |
