The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to plan Biomass Energy Generation Plant (BEGP) Project programme, coordinate Biomass Energy Generation Plant (BEGP) project contract document preparation, manage Biomass Energy Generation Plant (BEGP) project tender activities, manage Biomass Energy Generation Plant (BEGP) project and review project performance. The outcome of this competency is to ensure that the design and specifications of BEGP improvement programme based on approved budget and comply with relevant legislation, standard and guideline. |
