| Penerangan CU | Desludging and Discharge Safety and Health Operation describes the competency in providing coordination and monitoring to ensure the health and safety of workers and compliance with Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) requirements. A competent person in this CU shall be able to check desludging and Discharge hazard, perform risk mitigation and implement preventive measures. The outcome of this competency is to ensure that everyone working in desludging and Discharge operations is appropriately trained to identify and mitigate potential hazards in accordance with company and regulatory body’s requirement. To perform the CU, the competency owner is required to comply with all Health, Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) requirements which provides guidelines on the elements of a Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) and its implementation. |
