| Penerangan CU | Incinerator operation control describes the competency in operating an incinerator. Incineration is a waste treatment process that involves the combustion of organic substances contained in waste materials. Incineration and other high-temperature waste treatment systems are described as "thermal treatment". Incineration of waste materials converts the waste into ash, flue gas, and heat. A competent person in this CU shall be able to prepare incinerator for operation, prepare waste for incineration, operate incinerator and dispose of incinerator waste. The outcome of this competency is to successfully control incinerator operation in accordance with incinerator operating manual. |
