| Penerangan CU | Landfill Gas Supervisory Functions describes the competencies required to supervising technicians / operators in the daily operation of LFGP facility including engaging and handling their professional development. The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to prepare Landfill Gas (LFG) staff work schedule, carry out Landfill Gas (LFG) daily shift briefing and assist Landfill Gas (LFG) in-house training. The outcome of this competency is to ensure the plant production control, scheduling, logistics and quality procedures comply with organisation Standard Operating Procedure (SOP). |
