A competent person in this CU shall be able to Conduct staff performance appraisal, monitor subordinate attendance, monitor financing administration process, verify financing documentation, acquire financing document processing approval and prepare financing administration report The outcome of this competency is to provide systematic, objective focused, error free, minimum risk, business friendly and long term client relation financing administration in ensuring the achievement of short, medium and long term business objective in accordance with organization’s requirement. |
