| Penerangan CU | IBS Steel Structure Supervisory function describe the competency carry out supervision activitis on workers including recruitment, training, compaints & grieviences, welfare and safety, health and security. A competent person in this CU shall be able to participate in workers’ recruitment, carry out workers training, prepare workers wages and allowances record, handle workers’ disciplinary issues and grievances, implement safety, health and security procedures and conduct section meeting. The outcome of this competency is to ensure the istallation team can work efficiently with good value of ethics, discipline and proactive to meet construction scheduling. |
