Penerangan CU | Halal Poultry Slaughterhouse Policy and Procedure Development describe the competency in planning and producing step-by-step instructions compiled by an organization to help workers carry out routine operations. A competent person in this CU shall be able to determine policy and procedure for overall work process, develop Halal poultry slaughterhouse and processing parameters, implement Halal poultry slaughterhouse and processing policy and procedure practice and evaluate current Halal poultry slaughterhouse and processing policy and procedure effectiveness The outcome of this competency is to achieve efficiency, quality output and uniformity of performance, reducing miscommunication and failure to comply with industry regulations To perform the CU, the competency owner is required to fully understand the fundamental rules and condition related to slaughter of animals in Islam in accordance with regulatory body (JAKIM) guidelines for Halal Assurance Management System and Malaysian Protocol for the Halal Meat and Poultry Productions.
