| Penerangan CU | Palm Oil Milling Corrective Maintenance Coordination describes the competency in analysing unpredicted palm oil milling plant mechanical maintenance problems, formulate an economic and effective problems solution at the earliest possible and maintain the minimum damages in ensuring the smooth run of the plant to achieve mechanical maintenance objectives of the organization. A competent person in this CU shall be able to Perform plant maintenance problem identification, Carry out problem solving analysis, Prepare problem solving proposal, Perform problem solving proposal submission and Issue corrective maintenance instruction. The outcome of this competency is to study the problem holistically, find the root of the problem in a systematic manner, economically solve the problem at the earliest possible, minimise damages and take proactive measures in ensuring the maintenance problem not to arise again in the future while keeping good safety and environmental practice all time in accordance with organization’s requirements. |
