| Penerangan CU | Forming Production Operation Implementation describes the competency in the coordination of manpower and resource allocation on the production floor. A competent person in this CU shall be able to establish manpower requirement, assign task to sub-ordinate, allocate production consumables and implement scheduled production. The outcome of this competency is to enhance the efficiency in utilising the manpower and resource in accordance with the company’s KPI (Key Performance Index).
