Penerangan CU | Poultry Slaughter Halal Critical Point Analysis describes the competency in interpreting the findings of the compliance report to improve policies and procedures for the benefits of the employees, business and importantly the halal process A competent person in this CU shall be able to facilitate halal slaughterhouse business prerequisite, analyse slaughtering tools halalan toyyiban compliance, analyse slaughter man-cum-checker halalan toyyiban compliance, analyse poultry halalan toyyiban slaughter compliance, analyse poultry halalan toyyiban bleeding time compliance and organize poultry slaughtering halalan toyyiban process presentation The outcome of this competency is to ensure any improvement on policies or procedures are in line with latest Malaysia Halal Standard 1500 requirements and in accordance with JAKIM guidelines for Halal Assurance Management System (HAS). To perform the CU, the competency owner is required to be a practicing Muslim and fully understands the overall procedures of halal poultry slaughterhouse business permits and licensing requirements. |
