| Penerangan CU | Highway Traffic Safety & Control Investigation Assistance describes the competency in supporting accidents investigation involving collection of evidences and data on the interest of highway management. This competency unit is important to assist the concessionaire to identify the cause of the accident and the evidence. Information from the investigation will also be used by the company as a reference in upgrading highway traffic security and control. A competent person in this competency unit shall be able to perform initial accident report analysis, perform primary & secondary evidence gathering, perform accident case evidence preparation, perform highway traffic safety & control investigation report preparation and submit highway traffic safety & control investigation report The goal of this competency unit is to obtain and analyse on site data and evidences to support the establishment of the highway accident case for highway management purposes in accordance with organization requirement. In performing highway traffic safety & control investigation assistance activities, the incumbent must possess a valid car driving licence and motorcycle licence due to the nature of this activity that utilizes vehicle in completing the task. |
