Penerangan CU | The CU title describes the competency in office manpower management. He or She is responsible to develop and review manning guide, monitor and enforce training effectiveness, and monitor staff behavioural and performance. The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to analyse office manpower management requirements, prepare office manpower documentation, develop and review manning guide, monitor and enforce training effectiveness, monitor staff behavioural and performance, evaluate office manpower management accuracy and effectiveness and record office manpower management activities. The outcome of this competency is to develop suitable and effective manning in accordance with company’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and company’s policy.
