| Penerangan CU | Heavy Commercial is referring to high rise and industrial building with cooling capacity above 10 horse power (100,000 BTU / hour). Heavy Commercial ACMV Installation describes the competency in installing air conditioning equipment, and electrical wiring according to M&E consultant specifications in compliance with MS 1525:2014 and ASHRAE Guidelines. A competent person in this CU shall be able identify installation work requirements, carry out installation initial preparation, install air conditioning equipment, perform ACMV electrical wiring works and carry out air conditioning testing. The outcome of this competency is the ability to carrying out Heavy Commercial ACMV installation works in compliance with work specifications and regulatory body requirements. The personnel who are to be competent in this competency must in prior have the following competencies:- i. ACMV Piping Installation ii. ACMV Ducting Installation |
