| Penerangan CU | Palm Oil Milling Metal cutting describes the competency in cutting metal using thermal based and non-thermal based technology to split and or form metal into a specific shape with specific dimension. Mainly the purpose is to create individual parts, assemblies, or large-scale structures. A competent person in this CU shall be able to perform oxy-acetylene metal cutting, perform hydraulic shear cutting, perform hand lever shear cutting, perform hacksaw cutting, and perform disc cutting. The outcome of the thermal and non-thermal based cutting work competency is to produce the accurate cutting dimension and shape with clean, fine cutting line and surface and uniform edges squareness at economic resources usage in accordance with organization’s standard requirement. |
