| Penerangan CU | Palm oil milling machinery maintenance describes the competency in performing scheduled and unscheduled machinery maintenance to ensure the smooth running of the palm oil milling plant. It also aimed to lessen the likelihood of it failing, and avoiding unexpected breakdown to support preventive maintenance program of the organization. A competent person in this CU shall be able to perform palm oil milling machinery routine inspection, perform machinery greasing, perform machinery lubrication, perform machine parts alignment, perform machine parts adjustment, perform machinery servicing, perform corrective maintenance and perform machinery testing. The outcome of this competency is to minimize unexpected plant breakdown, maximize machinery efficiency level, prolong machine effective serviceable life and handle corrective maintenance request in accordance with organizational requirement. |
