| Penerangan CU | Marine health, safety and environment management is the activity of monitoring and control of compliance with legislative requirements and safety measures of life at shipyard, security and protection of marine environment. . In addition, the scope of work also includes the prevention & control of fire and emergency and the quality environment of ship. The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to check marine health, safety and environment legislative requirements, manage marine health, safety and environment policies and validate health, safety and environment procedures implementation in accordance with the standard procedure set by company, local & international regulatory. The outcome of this competency is to ensure the health, safety, environment, prevention of human injury or loss of life and avoidance of damage to the environment is in accordance with organization requirements, procedures and recognized by international standard. |

| Objektif Pembelajaran | The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to ensure health, safety and environment activities, prevention of human injury or loss of life and avoidance of damage to the environment in accordance with organization requirements, procedures and recognized by local and international standard. Upon completion of this competency unit, trainees will be able to:- Identify marine health, safety and environment legislative requirements. Manage marine health, safety and environment policies Verify marine health, safety and environment procedures implementation. |
