| Penerangan CU | IBS Precast Concrete Installation In-Process Quality Control describes the competencies to perform quality control during the installation process to ensure compliance with method statement and design specifications. The precast components specified in this competency unit are components commonly used in IBS construction. Installation personnel may also be required to handle other types of precast components such as architectural or modular precast components. Method statements and requirements for the installation of these other components are specified by the manufacturer. The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to check column, beam, slab, wall panel and staircase installation works. The outcome of this competency is quality and safe installation of precast concrete according to method statement and design specifications. |
