| Penerangan CU | IBS Lightweight Panel (Non-Structural) supervisory function describe the competency to carry out supervision activities on workers including recruitment, training, compaints & grieviences, welfare and safety, health and security. A competent person in this CU shall be able to participate in workers’ recruitment, carry out workers training, prepare worker wages and allowances record, handle worker disciplinary issues and grievances, implement safety, health & security procedures and conduct section meeting. The outcome of this competency is to ensure the installation team can work efficiently with good value of ethics, discipline and proactive to meet construction scheduling. |
