| Penerangan CU | Instrumentation Project Resource Management describes activities in managing project resources to ensure availability as per request and utilised according to project requirements and project schedule. The person who is competent in Instrumentation Project Resource Management shall be able to determine Instrumentation Project vendor selection, conduct arrangement of Instrumentation Project project resources and verify Instrumentation Project resource utilisation. The outcome of this competency is the effective management of project resources from the onset of the project until project completion to ensure their availability and utilisation are within project budget and schedule timeline. |
