| Penerangan CU | Marine Hull and Machinery Takaful/ Insurance is a policy which provides indemnity to participant/ policy holder in the event of loss or damage of marine hull and machinery including collision liability. Marine Hull and Machinery Takaful & Insurance Claims is a process of assessing liability and appraising quantum for settlement of any claims based on said policy terms and conditions in accordance with Company’s guidelines and regulatory bodies’ requirements. The person who is competent in Marine Hull and Machinery Takaful & Insurance Claims will be able to analyse Marine Hull and Machinery Takaful Certificate/ Insurance Policy liability, process Marine Hull and Machinery Takaful/ Insurance Claims, arrange for Marine Hull and Machinery Takaful/ Insurance claims payment and close Marine Hull and Machinery Takaful/ Insurance claims files in accordance with Company’s guidelines and regulatory bodies’ requirements. The outcome of this competency is to conclude and finalise the claims in accordance with the terms and conditions of the respective Marine Hull and Machinery Takaful Certificate/ Insurance Policy, Company’s guidelines and regulatory bodies’ requirements. |

| Objektif Pembelajaran | The person who is competent in this CU will be able to conclude and finalise the claims in accordance with the terms and conditions of the respective Marine Hull & Machinery Takaful Certificate/ Insurance Policy, Company’s guidelines and regulatory bodies’ requirements. Upon completion of this competency unit, trainees will be able to: 1. Analyse Marine Hull and Machinery Takaful/ Insurance Liability. 2. Process Marine Hull and Machinery Takaful / Insurance Claims. 3. Arrange for Marine Hull and Machinery Takaful/ Insurance Claims Payment. 4. Close Marine Hull and Machinery Takaful / Insurance Claims File. |
