The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to identify staff development requirements, plan staff development activities, organise training requirements, monitor staff performance, carry out counselling & motivation session and recommend staff level movement
The outcome of this competency to ensure that staff maintain quality of services, transform knowledge, and work efficiency upgrading skills through training and foster team work in accordance with service management procedure.

Monitor staff performance 5. Carry out counselling & motivation session 6. Recommend staff promotion
