| Penerangan CU | Night auditing describes the competency in checking and reconciles daily financial transactions and records, and produce reports relating to a commercial accommodation establishment's trading and revenue. The competent person in this CU shall be able to complete outstanding posting, reconcile room status discrepancies, verify room rates, balance all departmental accounts, verify no-show reservations, post room rates and taxes and prepare reports according to hotel’s Standard Operating Procedure (SOP). The outcome of this competency is to ensure that front office associate equipped with knowledge and skills in preparing night audit report. |
