He or she is responsible on monitoring and coordinating the nursery operation consists of manpower management and operation coordination & supervision. The person who is competent in nursery operation supervision shall be able to prepare nursery operation supervision schedule, carry out muster activities, carry out site preparation supervision, coordinate man power requirement, Perform Pest & Disease control activities, carry out workers training, evaluate oil palm nursery operation performance, prepare nursery operation supervision report The outcome of this competency is to certify the operation of nursery is according to and company Standard Operating Procedure and organisation production target achieved. |

| Objektif Pembelajaran | The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to carry out nursery operation activities to ensure production of oil palm seedling produce according to regulatory bodies and company’s SOP.
