Penerangan CU | Human Resource Administration is a competency that involves employees resource and human capital management. It is a management of a company or organisation workforce which includes training, guidance and performance assessment of an employee. Human Resource Management also involves implementing human resource plan to ensure the company’s leadership and culture is in compliance with the employment policy and labour laws. The person who is competent shall be able to implement human resource plan, manage staff training programmes and prepare staff performance report. The outcome of this competency is to ensure that human resource, as the most important asset of any organizations managed, trained and motivated at the highest level of employee’s expectation and satisfaction. |
