Penerangan CUThe CU title describes the competency in manage hotel special promotion. He or she is responsible to monitor and continuously improve the quality of services provided by staff to organisation.
The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to analyse upsell requirement, develop supplement room rate, conduct upselling training and manage upsell performance.
The outcome of this competency is to ensure increased organisation revenue and achieve sales target operation procedure in accordance with service operation procedure.
