Penerangan CU | This competency unit describes the skills, knowledge and attitude requirements in Staffing Administration functions. The role of staffing administrator is to plan, organize, implement and control all resources allocated to his/her section in order to achieve SME staffing objectives. The person who is competent in Staffing Administration activities will be able to perform HR Planning assistance, perform HR Recruitment administration, perform HR Selection Administration, perform HR Hiring & Deployment Administration, perform contract for labour administration, perform HR separation administration and perform foreign employee employment administration in accordance with organisational requirement. An effective SME staffing administrator should be able to assist SME staffing manager to ensure that the manpower requirements of SME’s operations are timely and adequately supplied with the right employee competency, strength and reliability. The manpower should be developed at the most economical cost and economically retain them for a short and long term organizational growth in accordance with organizational requirements. The outcome of this CU is to meet occupational skills standard which incorporate the skills, knowledge and attitude to be delivered systematically. |
