| Penerangan CU | This competency unit describes the skills, knowledge and attitude requirements in Information systems and data processing administration functions. The role of Information systems and data processing administrator is to assist the SME management in planing, organizing, leading and control all resources allocated to his/her department in order to achieve Information systems and data processing administration objectives of the entire organization. The person who is competent in Information systems and data processing administration will be able to study Information Systems fundamental concept and requirements, perform Electronic documents administration, data sourcing and entry administration, electronic Filing System administration, and Information systems maintenance administration in accordance with organisational requirement. An effective Information systems and data processing administrator should be able to support SME Management by producing detail and accurate internal Information Systems requirements survey report, providing an efficient electronic documentation & filing support systems, efficient and reliable data sourcing, ensure that all Information systems equipments are reachable, serviceable and available when required at the optimum cost of operation in a order to achieve information systems and data processing administration objectives as specified by the organization. The outcome of this CU is to meet occupational skills standard which incorporate the skills, knowledge and attitude to be delivered systematically. |
