Penerangan CUThis competency unit describes the skills, knowledge and attitude requirements in SME area & facilities housekeeping administration. The role of SME area & faciities housekeeping administrator is to plan, organize, lead and control all resources allocated in order to achieve SME area & facilities housekeeping administration objectives.

The person who is competent in SME Area & facilities Housekeeping administration will be able to perform SME area & facilities housekeeping administration policies and procedures development, SME area & facilities housekeeping planning, SME area & facilities housekeeping manpower costing, SME area & facilities housekeeping budget preparation and Organize SME area & facilities housekeeping manpower supply contract.
