| Penerangan CU | Car rental contract management is a supportive job function to sales personnel / department. Usually the initial stage of contract management is done with sales personnel together with the customers by documenting and agreeing on any changes or amendments that may arise during its implementation or execution. The person must be aware of terms and conditions of the contract. The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to identify contract requirements, prepare technical proposal, prepare car rental quotation and report car rental contract management activities. The outcome of this competency is to develop competent personnel in managing car rental contract systematically and efficiently for the purpose of maximizing financial and operational performance and minimizing risk. |
