The personnel who are competent in this CU shall be able to identify car rental special project management requirements, plan car rental special project activities, manage special project activities, monitor special project performance, evaluate car rental special project management effectiveness and report car rental special project management activities. The outcome of this competency is to develop competent personnel in managing special project professionally as to meet the objectives by complying with special project requirements. |
