| Penerangan CU | Car rental risk mitigation is the process by which an establishment introduces specific measures to minimise or eliminate unacceptable risks associated with car rental operations. The personnel who are competent in this CU shall be able to analyse car rental potential risk, prepare contingencies planning, manage preventive action, implement recovery action plan, evaluate car rental risk mitigation effectiveness and report car rental risk mitigation activities. The outcome of this competency is the ability to efficiently strategise and plan risk mitigation measures as to reduce the probability of the risk materialising, or reducing the establishment exposure to the risk |
