The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to inspect landfill gas (LFG) flaring system operation equipment physical condition, operate daily landfill gas (LFG) flaring system, carry out landfill gas (LFG) flaring system operation daily log parameters record, carry out landfill gas (LFG) flaring system troubleshooting activities and maintain cleanliness and safety of landfill gas (LFG) flaring system operation work area. The outcome of this competency is to minimize landfill gas emission to the environment in compliance with LFGP guideline, requirement and plant SOP and Clean Air Regulation 2014. |
