A competent person in this CU shall be able to carry out workers training, prepare workers allowances record, handle workers’ disciplinary issues and grievances, implement safety, health and security procedures and conduct section meeting. The outcome of this competency is to ensure the installation team can work efficiently with good value of ethics, discipline and proactive to meet construction scheduling. |
