| Penerangan CU | Remittance Operation describes the competency in performing remittance transaction process that ensures MSB statutory requirement compliance, accurate transaction and error free cash count and data entry to achieve given MSB remittance objectives and organizational requirement. A competent person in this CU shall be able to update currency rate, perform remittance transaction, perform remittance transaction amendment and perform internal suspicious transaction report notification. The outcome of this competency is to provide systematic, accurate and efficient remittance process that comply with all stipulated statutory requirements, generate friendly and high MSB remittance service standard in accordance with organisation’s requirements. |
