A competent person in this CU shall be able to formulate strategic MSB Operation plan, formulate MSB Operation policies & Procedures, manage MSB Operation Resources, manage MSB Operation cost and review MSB overall Operational performance. The outcome of this competency is to provide an effective resources utilization in producing quality services/product at an effective cost that can be offered at a competitive market price while capturing the desired profit margin and complying with all required statutory provision in accordance with organizational requirement. |
