| Penerangan CU | Compliance Management describes the competency in planning, organizing, leading and controlling all resources and activities as required to provide, prepare, implement and ensure the compliance of all related business statutory requirement of the industry and responsible as a reporting institution under the Anti-Money Laundering, Anti-Terrorism Financing and Proceeds of Unlawful Activities Act 2001 (AMLA). A competent person in this CU shall be able to formulate statutory compliance policy, develop statutory compliance standard operation procedure, manage business related statutory compliance and manage Operational related statutory compliance. The outcome of this competency is to provide a business compliance management that responsible to ensure the fulfilment of all stipulated statutory requirements as required by the current legislation in force. Formulate and manage an effective internal statutory compliance surveillance systems with awareness generation components run by a competence personnel to prevent the occurrence of non-compliance event in accordance with standard operation procedure. |
