A competent person in this CU shall be able to manage Human Resource Planning & Policy Development, manage Organisational Staffing, manage Human Resource Compensation, manage Human Resource Development (HRD), manage Employee-Employer Relations and manage Occupational Safety & Health. The outcome of this competency is to provide a complete, systematic and responsible Human Resource Management that ensure high employee availability, effectiveness, flexibility and economic contribution at the most effective cost possible while promoting harmony and long term mutually benefit employee-employer relations in accordance with organizational requirement. |
