| Penerangan CU | Wheel & suspension workshop supervision work is to administer and supervise the whole work process in work place. The person whom is competent in wheel & suspension workshop supervision work must be able to prepare work schedule, conduct briefing session, prepare sectional operation budget information, monitor staff performance, coordinate staff training, monitor workshop safety, perform waste management and prepare periodical management report in accordance with original equipment manufacturer (OEM) standard. The outcome of this competency is to provide trainee with supervisory skills so that workshop is administered professionally in accordance with company requirements. |
