| Penerangan CU | Car polishing operation coordination describes the competency in coordinating car polishing operation to provide scratches free, paint contamination free, and car paint glossiness enhanced to improve car appearance. A competent person in this CU shall be able to, receive car polishing assignment, Plan car polishing implementation, supervise car polishing process, evaluate car polishing process and prepare car polishing report The outcome of this competency is to produce no polishing swirl mark, polish mark scratches, sanding mark and holograms under LED light check, no paint surface contamination, oxidised paint through visual inspection, no paint discolour and paint burn due to over buffing and no polish residue due to excess polish in accordance with specified car body polishing package and organization’s car detailing quality control specification. To perform the CU, the competency owner is required to be able-bodied person. |
