| Penerangan CU | MSB Compliance Policies & Procedures Development describes the competency in directing all MSB Compliance related decisions and implementation activities which are geared to the achievement of MSB Compliance goals. A competent person in this CU shall be able to analyse company’s corporate policies & MSB legislation concept and requirement, conduct MSB Compliance Policies & Procedures Development information search, analyse MSB Compliance Policies &Procedures Development needs, develop MSB Compliance Policies & Procedures and acquire MSB Compliance Policies & Procedures authorization. The outcome of this competency is to provide a clear documented objectives and necessary directive, steps and means to be followed by the entire organisation members to guide their decision making process and procedure on implementing the decision to achieve the Money Services Business compliance goals. |
