| Penerangan CU | MSB Compliance Monitoring describes the competency in supervising the implementation of MSB compliance policies & procedures throughout the operation of money services business of the organisation. A competent person in this CU shall be able to determine MSB and AML/CFT compliance monitoring areas, plan MSB and AML/CFT compliance monitoring programme, perform MSB and AML/CFT compliance monitoring activities, prepare MSB and AML/CFT compliance monitoring report, and supervise MSB and AML/CFT compliance recommended measures implementation. The outcome of this competency is to provide a preventive measures in ensuring full MSB legal requirements compliance, healthier business practice, avoid unnecessary damages and legal complication to the company while protecting the national interest in accordance with organization’s requirements. |
