| Penerangan CU | MSB Compliance Risk Management describes the competency in managing the identification, analysis, assessment, control, and avoidance or mitigation of unacceptable MSB Compliance risks. A competent person in this CU shall be able to determine customer and licensee ML/TF risks status computation requirement, conduct customer and licensee ML/TF risk assessment, present risk assessment report, supervise ML/TF risk mitigation measures implementation, and perform on-going ML/TF risk monitoring. The outcome of this competency is to provide early warning on risks existence, actual risk level status declaration, appropriate advise on risks avoidance or mitigation, and continuous MSB compliance surveillance in controlling risks to avoid any damages threat and legal complication to the organisation in accordance with organization’s requirements. |

| Objektif Pembelajaran | The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to provide early warning on risks existence, actual risk level status declaration, appropriate advise on risks avoidance or mitigation, and continuous MSB compliance surveillance in controlling risks to avoid any damages threat and legal complication to the organisation in accordance with organization’s requirements.
