| Penerangan CU | The air and intake exhaust system troubleshooting and repairing is a scope of competency to carry out schedule and preventive maintenance works on earth moving equipment. The person whom is competent in carrying out air intake exhaust system troubleshooting and repairing must be able to carry out air intake and exhaust system inspection activities, service/ replace air filter, replace suction hose, replace intake manifold, replace exhaust manifold, repair/replace turbocharger, repair/replace after cooler, replace exhaust pipe, replace muffler/ silencer, carry out air intake and exhaust troubleshooting test activities, carry out housekeeping activities and prepare service report The outcome of this competency is to ensure equipments components is in good working condition. |

| Objektif Pembelajaran | The person who is competent in this cu shall be able to carry out air & intake exhaust system troubleshoot and repairing in compliance with service manual and adhere to workshop practices to meet workshop safety and health regulation. Upon completion of this competency unit, trainees will be able to:- Carry out air intake and exhaust system inspection activities.
