Penerangan CU | Pest management quality assurance requires the personnel and the service team to inspect the accomplished work to ensure its alignment with the contract requirements. The personnel who are competent in pest management quality assurance shall be able to develop customer survey/feedback form, analyse customer satisfaction level to determine quality of services rendered, manage quality action plan and report quality control management activities. The outcome of this competency is to develop competent manpower in understanding and improving operational processes; identifying problems quickly and systematically; establishing valid and reliable service performance measures and measuring customer satisfaction and other performance outcomes. |
