| Penerangan CU | Pest management operational budgeting is the process in managing approved allocation as to maintain the continuity of business operation, and the distribution of allocations is done in the most cost-efficient manner. The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to identify pest management operational budget requirements, analyse budgetary information and documents, prepare budget planning, monitor, control and review existing budget, evaluate pest management operational budget accuracy and efficiency and report pest management operational budget activities. The outcome of this competency is to develop realistic and effective budget plan in accordance with company’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and company’s policy. |
