| Penerangan CU | Pest management vendor administration is to the process of managing an effective vendor administration system in accordance with establishment’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), establishment’s policy, Local Authority and Governing Act. The personnel who are competent in this CU shall be able to identify pest management vendor administration requirements, prepare pest management vendor documentations, monitor vendor performance, evaluate pest management vendor administration effectiveness and report pest management vendor administration activities. The outcome of this competency is to optimally develop, manage and control vendor contracts, relationships and performance for the efficient delivery of contracted products and services. Establishment can meet business objectives, minimize potential business disruption, avoid deal and delivery failure, and ensure more-sustainable multi-sourcing, while driving the most value from vendors. |
